As the Product Owner, I was in charge of the concept building and POC of IoT platforms and its complementary hardware, including MVP building, strategy planning, business planning & development, stakeholder- and user management, as well as the commercial roll-out to market.
In addition, I advised and supported the parent company, a large cable vendor, on digital transformation, and agile ways of operating.
